You can try once by consuming 1 stamina.

Stages of the Challenge Dungeon will be opened sequentially on the following schedule.

Jun. 1st 12:00 p.m. (JST) : Sub-level 2 Stage 21 - 30
Jun. 3rd 12:00 p.m. (JST) : Sub-level 3 Stage 31 - 40
Jun. 5th 12:00 p.m. (JST) : Sub-level 4 Stage 41 - 50
Jun. 7th 12:00 p.m. (JST) : Final Floor Extra Stage
